Our Current Work

Ballast — Flensburg, Germany

VICCC is committed to carrying Virgin Islands and Caribbean culture beyond our own shores. We are the cultural research and archival partner behind Ballast, a proposed memorial at the harbor edge of Flensburg, Germany — making certain that wherever this history is told in the world, it is told in Caribbean voices.
